There seemed to be some issue with the original stylist who was supposed to do my hair, so I had to wait quite some time for a different stylist to be sorted. Mario who ended up cutting my hair was absolutely fantastic, very attentive and apologetic about the mix up. He made sure he knew exactly what I wanted, took lots of care and I'm super pleased with the outcome. Can't recommend Mario enough!

Mario was lovely (light and friendly conversation) and the treatment in general was very nice - they offer you a drink, take your coat, etc. My haircut was not mind blowing, but I asked him not to cut too much (and he didn’t, consulted with me at all times how much was okay to cut). Would come back.
