Ofelia was incredible! I had the best service and haircut ever! she really listenend to what you want and understood exactly what I wanted. she took her time and didn't mind that I have so much hair. she's really amazing and I highly recommend her! the whole experience of the salon is 5 stars. I loved every minute of it. already booked another visit.

Last time I came here I had to wait ten mins but this time I had to wait around 40 mins as my hairdresser was busy. They gave me 15% off the total but it was annoying as I had plans after. The cut was good and blow dry was fab! Also I was told I would usually be charged for extra long hair but they waived it - didn’t make sense as their fine print said extra long was waist length hair and my hair was more boob length so be wary of that! Other than the lateness it was good.

My stylist offered great advice and took time to talk about the cut and treatment. I was offered a cup of tea which was a great touch. The cut is just what we discussed and he didn’t take off more length than agreed, and only took about an hour in total. Overall great for a cut and blow dry!
