I had a wash, cut and blow dry with Ophelia and she was brilliant. She was attentive to what I wanted as well as offering her own suggestions. Would recommend her highly!

Absolutely loved my visit here. The hairdresser was super helpful and had lots of advice as to how my hair should be cut and styled to suit my hair type. Super chuffed with the results. Best haircut I've had in a long time.

Overall I had a good experience at Gusto. The staff were friendly and attentive. It was very busy and I had to wait for a little while, but my stylist saved some time by doing my conditioning treatment for me first so it could sit while I waited. The music is a bit too loud for me and it was a bit stuffy in the small salon with the amount of colouring and blowdrying going on. But my amazing stylist and haircut made up for that. Would be likely to go back.

Really disappointed with the results of my colour. My hair ended up yellow and stripey on the top and ash on the ends. It also became very brittle and started snapping off. I've tried to reach out to the salon several times and had no response. Really disappointing considering I was recommended by a friend and had hoped for a really good experience.
