Did not value what I explained and wanted done. After my hair was done, she made me feel bad about it because I wasn’t happy with it. I now have a color of hair I’ve never had before, never expected and paid way to much for something I have yet to enjoy. Did not feel treated respectfully with bad customer service. I’ve gotten my hair done many, many times and this is the first bad review I’ve ever written. Really bothered with this experience.

The ambience is very nice. Very clean salon. They offered me drinks and staff was very focused on what they were doing. Ofelia did a great job leaving my hair nice and shiny and cutting just what I wanted. I will be coming back for sure :) thank you!
