Genuinely pleased with my first visit here, surely won’t be the last. The receptionist accommodated my early arrival and offered me coffee and nibbles. Mario offered a great haircut and plenty of good advice. Thank you!

This is not my first time at Gusto but I can't say that it's been a great experience this time. My appointment was moved with no prior warning - i only found out when i showed up, which is less than ideal. I agreed to have the appointment moved but from the staff's brief puzzlement when i arrived this time it seemed that they were not expecting me this time either, and the hairdresser who cut my hair was simultaneously looking after another customer, too. I do not blame her and it did not take long, but this should not be happening. I also wasn't offered a refreshment (which usually i am, and so were other customers), which of course wouldn't be a huge deal if it didn't add to the general feeling that i was a somewhat unexpected inconvenience to their schedule.

Second time visit Ofelia and it was just as amazing. I’ve never had such good highlights! So nice to have finally found a great hairdresser.
