I was a bit annoyed at the staff at gusto soho, which is the only branch that is open on Sunday’s, as my hairdresser was rushing towards the end because another customer was waiting and she didn’t really listen to the fact that I wanted the volume taken off the bottom of my hair. She kept brushing me off saying it’s only because it was curled but I know my hair and it needs a bit of attention after drying. She didn’t even show me my hair and rushed me out of the chair when I was done and I’m now a bit worried it’s not perfect for the money I spent. Disappointing, I wouldn’t come back to the Soho branch and stick to the Covent Garden branch where the service is much better.

Siret is fabulous at cutting hair. The very loud expletive ridden hip hop playing was not relaxing and the bathroom could be kept in better condition- dusty and no hand towel.
