A full-time working mum with a poorly child left me with miserable hair shoved up. Ran to Gusto in the hope of having respectable hair once again. It was great, easy to get to and was in and out with a lovely blow dry. I would have liked a better shampoo with a good scrub hence why only 4 stars. But maybe I'm just a little fussy?

Ophelia did my half head of highlights, cut and blow dry. Wonderful experience. Despite being a v busy salon, she was attentive and really listened to what I'd like. Result is brilliant, I have a bright blonde Bob that everyone keeps complementing me on! Highly recommend this salon, and Ophelia was super.

Overall great value. I did specifically ask the stylist three times not to even out two sides of my hair as I pin it up in a particular way which requires one side longer at the front than the other. I even demonstrated it to her. She cut off 75% anyway and when I noticed it she said I should have reminded her when she was cutting it. She eventually apologised and we had to cut the remaining piece off as it didn’t look right. These things happen and she didn’t do it intentionally. To own up and say she’d forgotten right away would have made it easier all round. It’s taken me four years to grow that front piece of hair into place. The colour is great and I will be back to Gusto.
