Their Soho branch was closed so a lot of appointments were swapped to the Covent Garden branch. This meant that there were a lot more people than normal and not enough chairs for everyone. The actual haircut was good, perhaps a bit shorter than I had asked for, but the atmosphere really let it down.

I had asked for a medium to light brown full head colour - I got ginger in the end! It was horrible & I’ve had to spend more money to get it fixed. Although my stylist was lovely, she did not show me the colour before completion & ask me if I liked the colour or wanted to lighten/darken it. Complete waste of money.

I badly needed a haircut and wanted something urgently and at a good price. I chose Gusto because it offered Sunday appointments, was a good price and the reviews were complimentary. I'm so glad I went! The hair wash wash thorough (and the head massage was lovely), and to get a hair treatment really did my hair some good. The hairdresser listened to what I wanted and talked me through everything she was doing to my hair (I wanted layers) and then offered me advice. The cut was better than I could have hoped and it feels fresh and looks really well done. It could possibly be the best haircut I've ever had. I'm so impressed and so happy and I will definitely return. Thank you!
