A very nice place with a professional stuff! Hair after the treatment looks amazing!
Very economic and quick too. They cut off more than I asked for but great other than that.
Great experience. Mario (my hairdresser) was very friendly and took time to ask me many questions regarding the style I wanted and offered his advice very professionally. I was very satisfied with the result.
Terrible. Depends on hairdresser. Looked at a couple of others getting hair done, they looked great so was optimistic. Hairdresser I had was awful. She was nice enough but so distracted while doing the cut and rough with combing and brushing. Gave me half long fringe of some sort when I never asked for one!!!! Overall haircut, I looked like I had a semi mullet 😡 Receptionist is a bit condescending, if you ask her anything. Wouldn’t mention that normally but combined with awful haircut, just made entire experience rubbish.
I booked Gusto because it was one of the top recommended in central London. After my experience, I fail to see why and I will absolutely not be going back. Firstly I was quite taken aback when I heard a male member of staff speak unprofessionally and inappropriately to the female receptionist infront of customers. He then turned out to be my stylist because someone else failed to turn up on time. He cut my hair too short for what I had asked, which was not evident at first because of the way he had blow dried it, and with uneven lengths. After listening to him interact with other staff I asked if he was the manager, to which the reply was he had only been there for a week. The overall ambience at the salon was very chaotic, staff members clearly not all working in harmony with eachother, and quite frankly it was not a particularly enjoyable experience.
