Mario gave me a great haircut and a fantastic head massage during the wash too! The conditioning treatment is really impressive too. Best I've found in London for that price

Everything felt a little hectic as they had some repairs happening, the hairdresser was also very frantic as she had had a long day. The experience was not very relaxing however she gave me a great haircut and it was exactly what i wanted.

Got a last minute booking for cut, treatment and glow dry.
The salon is ok, nothing special. Definitely lacking in atmosphere.
The hairdresser was nice however, she failed to apply the treatment that was in the deal. I don't believe general shampoo and conditioner can be passed as 'treatment', I was expecting a hair mask and maybe a bit of head massage.

I was a bit annoyed at the staff at gusto soho, which is the only branch that is open on Sunday’s, as my hairdresser was rushing towards the end because another customer was waiting and she didn’t really listen to the fact that I wanted the volume taken off the bottom of my hair. She kept brushing me off saying it’s only because it was curled but I know my hair and it needs a bit of attention after drying. She didn’t even show me my hair and rushed me out of the chair when I was done and I’m now a bit worried it’s not perfect for the money I spent. Disappointing, I wouldn’t come back to the Soho branch and stick to the Covent Garden branch where the service is much better.
