Great cut and half head of highlights from Aurelia in this centrally located salon. Often quite busy so allow a bit of extra time to be on the safe side.
Great colour. Really got the shade I wanted. Had to pay extra for toner, which I didnt know until the end. But was still well worth it.
Fairly good value, staff were friendly but had conversations amongst themselves for quite a lot of my treatment, the hydrating mask wasn’t particularly hydrating, did not change the texture of my hair. Also the salon itself is quite shabby, badly painted lots of scuffs, all seemed a bit unloved. Having said that the hair cut I had was perfectly good (I have pretty simple hair). So the job was done, just not very luxurious.
I wasn’t particularly pleased with the end result- my hair looked yellow rather than blonde, The yellow was my natural dark blonde hair colour that hadn’t been bleached; to do with he toner that had been used ive been told by a hairdresser since The cut was literally a trim- the side fringe that I’d had wasn’t cut back in and the blow dry was rough and not styled- I could have done better myself When I asked for a herbal tea I was told there was none. I also sat for 90 mins waiting on the dye being taken without being offered a magazine or any other refreshment which I felt wasn’t ideal service When I arrived I was told that I’d have to pay extra for the toner- which I expected but was then told I should pay another 30£ for a conditioning treatment I’ve been to the Covent Garden salon before and was really pleased, however I don’t think I’ll be returning to either branch
I've got an amazing haircut
