Booked in for a cut and blow dry with conditioning treatment. However, the wash was very quick and unless you count putting a little conditioner in the ends there was no conditioning treatment at all. I mentioned this when I went to pay but was still charged the £36. I wasn’t shown the back of my head after the cut as they do at most hairdressers and the cut is a little uneven.
