I come here often to get my colouring and this time my hair was damaged in the process and I’ve had awful breakage. I’ve emailed a few times and haven’t got a response at all.

I had a Brazilian blow dry with Joseph and it was a great experience. Although I've had this treatment several times at other places, Joseph carefully explained the process and aftercare, as each product is slightly different. The treatment usually makes my eyes water too, but he took loads of care to avoid that and I managed to leave the salon with my eye make-up still where it should be! I'll definitely be back to see Joseph for my next treatment.
