My 3rd visit to Gusto for a haircut and blow dry. The wash and treatment were very nice. The cut was ok but I was not totally happy with the blow dry. I was not able to see my usual stylist, Marco due to his flight being delayed. I was offered and alternative stylist or and alternative appointment and chose to keep the appointment time with another member of staff. My impression was that she lacked experience and technique and I was a bit disappointed. I voiced this and she tried to make it better but in the end i just couldn’t be bothered. I’ll return to Gusto but only to see Marco as he does and amazing job.
Overall, service and customer experience at Gusto is very professional and enjoyable which is why I’ll return. Marco has done balayage very well for me twice now. It’s comfortable, easy location close to Tottenham Court Road and a great selection of drinks is offered.

The place was quite nice and the hair dresser was chatty and lovely. The head massage during shampooing wasn't fantastic, seemed a bit rushed. I noticed later at home that he cut two different lengths on either side of my head... didn't notice this before as he gave me an amazing wavy blow dry. Not the end of the world.

Ofelia did an amazing job on my hair and was really knowledgeable about how I can take steps to increase the healthiness of my hair, etc. Will definitely be back :)
