I always enjoy my time at the salon, was a nice hair cut but the highlights came out quite orange and had to go home and put two toners on. Still quite brassy.

The haircut was fine and the staff lovely but unfortunately my hairdresser had been overworked and was exhausted with a backlog of clients waiting for their haircut. As a result I found the haircut quite stressful. The owner needs to give the hairdressers more time to do complicated haircuts to avoid burnout and stress being projected onto clients.

I've been to the Soho branch before, decided to try out the Covent Garden one and very glad I did. This is a place with atmosphere, very busy with lots going on. On arrival, I was given a glass of wine and some popcorn. My wash and conditioning treatment was pleasant, and the lady cutting my hair was friendly and efficient. I really like a quick cut, and the lady knew what I wanted straight away and got to work instantly. That said, I explained I was going to a party and wanted curly hair, and she spent a while on blow dry, made sure it was perfect for me. Great service at a great price, you won't find better value for what you get.
