I arrived for my appointment and did have no waiting time. The hairdresser who was going to do both, hair treatment and cut, advised that she wouldn't recommend the treatment for my hair after we already started applying it. I mentioned in the beginning that I had never done it so would have appreciated the advise before starting. Overall an average experience with no consultation or service feel about it.
