Had a lovely warm welcome. I arrived early but they managed to see me straight away. Nice cup of tea / biscuits. Comfy chairs. Very clean.
My hairdresser was very nice - she gave a fantastic head massage, and the treatment did wonders for my hair.
The cut itself was perfect. She spoke through what she was going to do at each stage and was reassuring. I've had bad experiences so she made sure not to take too much off and I was very happy with my cut.
I shall return!
