They insisted to do something different from I wanted. I’ve let them influence me and the results is not nice. I wanted to keep my golden blond hair and to do some touch ups. They colored my hair much lighter that’s almost white. Not natural at all. I’ve booked an appointment to another salon the next day to cover it up. Also its quite dark in the salon so I didn’t realize the color was so light until I left.
