Price of the hair cut was reduced from £60 to £32 with conditioning treatment which sounded like a great deal. However, the conditioning treatment seemed to just be 4 minutes in a budget hair mask.
No protective products were used in my hair when styling, which seemed unusual as most salons would use all the latest products.
I can't fault the actual hair cut - I had a straight bob cut, no layers - but I do wonder how good the quality would have been if it was a more complex cut as the method of cutting seemed a bit strange (I usually go to trainee hairdresser so have watched many people cut my hair)
Probably wouldn't go back, only went as it's open late and I could get an apt on the day
