Amy is absolutely fantastic - I went in having completely ruined my hair with home-made bleaching on top of a balayage and she managed to return my hair to a lovely shade of ashen blonde - hard to achieve at the best of times! Would definitely recommend for any hair correction, highlights treatment or balayage.
