Great haircut and recommendations on my dry/damaged hair. Haircut exactly what I wanted and had a dry cut so that it was much more detailed and precise. Very happy!

Alan was very nice and gave me a great haircut which I was very happy with. Some other staff members were very rude though which made the experience quite uncomfortable. Upon arriving I was shouted at for being 3 minutes late and told they were not sure if they could go ahead with my haircut as there would not be enough time, which seemed very unreasonable for 3 minutes. Even if it were more, I don't think a customer should ever be shouted at. Towards the end of my placement, staff also kept shouting at my hairdresser to wrap up and finish my haircut as he had to move on to the next customer which was also very uncomfortable. Imagine having your haircut stopped midway through?! It was a very unprofessional atmosphere overall and the space was also quite dirty. I won't be going back for sure even though it's conveniently located close to my office.

Booked the appointment with Mario, whom I heard was fantastic, but had another stylist do my hair and highlights, which was slightly frustrating. She did a nice job, but she insisted on using bleach for the highlights (which no other stylist had used in the past) and my hair definitely turned out lighter than I'd hoped (though she did offer to re-tone it later, if I felt it was too light). The entire staff was really lovely and accommodating, but I think I'd describe my experience as good, not great.
