I didn’t realise I booked an appointment at Covent Garden and ended going to the Oxford Street location where they were extremely accommodating and understanding that I got the venue wrong! My haircut was done by Lisa and she was absolutely brilliant, I cannot recommend her enough! I have thick hair that is often a challenge to hairdressers but Lisa knew exactly what she was doing and did the haircut I want with little guidance. The end result was fabulous and received so many compliments.

“I had a cut and blow dry yesterday by Eva. She was lovely, professional and very understanding of what I wanted. I arrived slightly late and very flustered but she still managed to slot me in and I soon relaxed and was so very pleased with the results. I walked in feeling like a sweaty blue-haired mop and left, soothed, calm and feeling like a superstar! Thank you 🙏 “
