really happy. i generally hate getting my hair cut. its never quite right and my fine hair always comes out looking really flat and limp. the hairdresser here trimmed my fringe perfectly and gave me a lovely wavy blow dry.
I was aa bit disappointed that the hairdresser encouraged me to pay an extra £50 on top of my treatment for a conditioning treatment and toner. After the treatment my hair did not feel any different to usual and I am not sure the treatment did anything. She was much quicker at doing my highlights than all other hairdressers have been in the past and only left them to work for 15 minutes but I was pleased with the finished colour and cut.
Been here numerous times before for the same treatment and have always been happy. This time however the stylist had the worst customer service skills and literally wanted to argue with me which made me feel really uncomfortable and upset. She used no products in my hair prior to blow drying my hair, She was using a hairdryer that had a crack through it with burn marks all around the nozzle, I was scared at any moment it was going to go bang. She burnt my head with the hairdryer as had it on so hot the proceeded to burn me with the straighteners on my forehead. At the end of the treatment she just about said goodbye. I came away feeling very upset and disappointed as my previous experience at this salon had been fantastic.
Always have a good experience with Gusto. Really good value for highlights, cut and blow dry that always looks amazing and is exactly how I want it! Great staff and service - highly recommend!
Friendly greeting. Hairdresser was nice enough but really disappointed with my haircut. I asked the stylist several times to thin my hair out/take some weight from it, as my hair is very thick. And they kept telling me that for my length hair (just past shoulders) taking weight out would just make it go frizzy. I have had my hair this length for three years and every haircut before this have had it thinned out and no frizz at all. I paid 32pound for a trim around the edges and blow dry and that was it.
