Not the best. Probably won’t go back. Watch out for the surcharge for different hair lengths. I had to pay an extra £4, and the lady next to me had to pay £6 extra. Put me on the back foot from the off.

I had a long wait before my shampoo : 50min. Shampoo had lasted only 3min, I paid for a luxury mask online but she did not do it (only conditioner). Very unprofessional
