I had already had my hair cut at the gusto in soho by Jiannis and I loved my cut. I booked here instead because he wasn’t available on the date that I could come in but I wish I had waited for another opportunity. When i arrived with my mum for a cut the lady that was meant to cut my mums hair made a huge scene about how she wasn’t going to have enough time to cut both our hairs as she somehow thought we were both booked in for her for only an hour? And then when she finally realized she was wrong there was no apology from her for the misunderstanding and also she would not listen to what my mum wanted while she was trying to explain her cut so my mum ended up just letting her do whatever she wanted and not what she had initially gone in for.
My hairdresser on the other hand was SO SO LOVELY but unfortunately she absolutely butchered my fringe. When I looked in the mirror it was REALLY CROOKED and she had taken off a huge chunk on one side which she later tried to improve by cutting some more on the other side. She ended up making my fringe SO short it’s now the length of the middle of my forehead when I told her I wanted it just under my eyebrows and at the end I’m pretty sure she also knew she made a big mistake because she said “I think now it’s ok” in a very unsure tone.
Overall me and my mum had a bit of a rubbish time here, my mums haircut was ok but she was so put off by how rude her hairdresser to us that we both left feeling really down on what was meant to have been a really pleasant day. Fortunately hair grows and hopefully in a few weeks I’ll be able to go to another salon and get my fringe fixed but definitely never coming back here again :/

Everyone at this salon is so knowledgeable and amazing! Really take their time with each client! Denise did such an amazing job and really understood how my hair works! Cannot rate them high enough!
