You get what you paid for. Cheap and quick. Hairdresser didn’t take the time to talk to me properly. Didn’t look at my head to see if the cut she was doing was appropriate for my hair and the way it grows. She quickly spoke to me and misunderstood my instructions and cut my hair so short that there was nothing that could be done to fix it. The layering was poorly made with a dented scissor which left my hair with steps instead of layers. This place has so many good reviews. But I should have known better. You really can’t expect quality service at a cheap price.

I was really nervous about this visit as I had not had a hair colour done in a salon before. The hairdresser really put me at my ease, veered me away from some choices that weren't right for my colouring, explained what she was doing and let me sit in silence (perfect!) without making me feel awkward. Plus free drinks and popcorn! Would recommend Gusto for hair colour to anyone, particularly as it's much better value that other similar salons. Great staff and a really nice place.
