Didn’t get to sit down and discuss hair cut. I presume it was the condition treatment that the stylist put on my hair and went away for 10 minutes without telling me what she was doing or how long I would be waiting, she just disappeared

A bit put out that I was charged the £6 surplus for very long hair when my hair is only down to the top of my shoulder blades - hardly waist length! That being said the stylist was lovely and my hair looked nice when I left.
