To be honest, there were a few things that bothered me about the venue. I asked to use the toilet before my appointment and the door was broken, so I couldn't lock it, no one warned me of this. The door had been DIY-fixed, with tissue stuck in the lock... The hand towel also had brown stains on it. The hairdresser was friendly, which was probably the best part about it. The haircut was decent itself but the 'conditioning treatment' did not leave my hair feeling any different then before.
