There was no air conditioning (despite being 30 degrees outside and arguably hotter inside). I was made to feel incredibly uncomfortable about the style of haircut I had asked for and was told it wouldn't look good on me. I was then made to feel uncomfortable about how hot I was, despite the room being boiling. The overall experience was awful - almost left in tears.

I had my hair cut by Maria a couple of weeks ago - she did a fantastic job. I hate getting my hair cut and am always worried that they will cut too much off but she really listened to what I wanted and also gave great hair care tips. I left very happy and will definitely be coming back!
