Welcoming staff and clean but pretty personality-less environment. Felt like were very pushy with upselling and not a massive amount of attention was paid to what I wanted. When aiming for a warm caramel colour, was assured a toner was needed but when dried off and outside, blonde had been toned to an almost lilac/silver.
Price was good for London, but if it can only be achieved with aggressive upselling and rushing I wonder if it’s worth it. I think the skill was there but I didn’t feel listened to which I think is why The result was very far from what I wanted and would not return on this basis.

Was ok, fair value for not much money. Although was offered a mask during the hair wash and only when asked found out it was almost the price of the blow dry I was there for.
