I was late to the appointment but they made no fuss and saw me despite being busy! *Thank you* I had an olaplex treatment done. They offered me a drink and popcorn on arrival - shampooed my hair very gently which surprised me - my hair was handled so delicately whereas most salons tug and pull a lot. Everyone was pleasant and kind - the receptionist was very sweet. I had 3 ppl work on my hair (probably because I was late). They were all kind an attentive. Denise was the last finish on the rough dry and she was lovely. The treatment was brilliant- instantly my hair felt smoother stronger and in better condition! Definitely will return again for the treatment for sure! Highly recommend. (Also don’t be out of by the size of the salon or how it looks, good salons listen to their consumer have a good attitude and look after their consumer, exactly what they’ve done for me). I’ve been to bigger and branded salons that have ruined my hair!

2nd session with Loddy, she's fantastic at understanding my stupidly thick hair and how to colour to make the best of it. Friendly, efficient environment which I'll continue to go back to, highly recommended.
