I went in to get a wash a blow dry with waves. I am quite satisfied with the end result. The hairdresser was a young Italian woman. She was friendly. I, however, experienced discomfort during the treatment as she was a bit aggressive with the hair washing and blow drying process. She got water into my ears, which I did not complain about because it’s only human error. I have curly hair. While blowdrying I am used to having my hair sectioned in clips. However, the hairdresser simply brushed through from my roots while blow drying (without detangling the hair after wash). Tugging and pulling my hair. She did not put any heat protecting spray either. I suppose she was having a bad day or perhaps that’s how they style hair in Italy or maybe she is new into the job.
I was short on time and desperately needed to get my hair done and so I did not bother raising the issue. The end result was great but the process was not that great.

I had an appointment with Clara but my first one with Marie was equally amazing. The hairdressers are extremely skilled and very friendly. I will be going to this salon every time. The receptionist is very friendly too. This is one of the best salons I have ever been to.
