First time using Treatwell today as well as first time going to Gusto. I really liked the place and I was surprised by a person bringing me snacks and drinks before my treatment. I had my hair done by Ofelia. She was really good, however, I have to say that our 45’ session were extremely awkward. And even when she was listening to what I was saying so she could know what I wanted, we never really. Everything was fast and a little bit snappy. In fact, I couldn’t get my hair completely done today as I had to start my shift early so I asked her if she could give me the details to come back next week and finishing the job. He answer? ‘Sorry, I don’t have time now. Call if you need something else.’ This was said when we were still on my treatment session time frame. So rude. I totally found that she was in a rush with me and that I was like a burden or like if she did not want me to be there because she was just paying attention to other customers. Still, happy with my haircut but the whole experience could have been better.
