I was pleased with the haircut and blow dry however the customer service and attitude from the hairdresser herself was very poor. She was patronising and she was rude. I also don’t think I was given the conditioning testament that was a part of the deal i purchased. Otherwise the salon itself was very nice, complimentary drink and snack provided and a fantastic central London location.
