I had a pleasant experience, my hairdresser was very friendly and understood what I wanted immediately. She also gave me a couple of tips on how to describe what I want to achieve the next time I go and have a haircut (using specific terms). I spent a little bit more time there than what I had expected, and I had to add £17 on top of my bill for a toner, but it seemed reasonable as for a similar treatment in the past I had spent double the price.
