The haircut was very good, but I wish I had straightened my hair beforehand. I was told many times that my hair was ‘really frizzy’, and refused the original length I wanted because my hair was ‘too frizzy, it would go crazy.’
Fair enough if I had expressed displeasure with the texture of my hair, but I hadn’t. I think a good general rule is; don’t refer to something as ‘problem’, unless the customer tells you that they themselves find it a problem. I felt quite awkward and a bit insecure throughout the experience as a result.
The haircut really is very good though.
