Had my hair done by Charisse via Treatwell and it was a disappointing experience. No greeting, rushed consultation, and she didn’t even ask what colour I wanted—just did her own thing. I booked for long hair (confirmed by email) but was still charged an extra £10. Paid for a blowdry, yet she suggested straightening instead. Felt like the fast food version of a salon—impersonal, poor service. Not worth the money. Wouldn’t return.
