I had Maria who was lovely. I appreciate the haircut is good value but I was a bit annoyed that I watched everyone else get better treatment than me. A drink, popcorn and a head massage when getting their hair washed, none of which I received. The haircut itself was a trim so can't really say too much about that but no hair protecting products were used pre-blowdry which was also disappointing.
