Always happy with their services - all members of the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They're flexible as to customer's needs and provide great recommendations & services.
Hairdresser was very friendly and attentive. I’ve got curly hair and the salon was quite hot, so the blow dry wasn’t very good - humidity made it frizz up dramatically. I was offered for my hair to be straightened to ensure that the frizz will go away - pretty necessary considering my hair was looking ridiculous. I got charged an extra £4 for this which I don’t think was fair, considering the blow dry wasn’t good... this should have been done for free. No products were used in my hair too, which would have prevented frizz! Also, I didn’t get offered popcorn or a drink like some of the other clients (not sure if this is a treatwell thing or what). All in all, good salon but they may charge you additional fees!
My visit to Gusto exceeded my expectations. Marie was polite, friendly and very skilled. She listened to what I wanted (unlike some other hairdressers) and I was especially impressed with the blowdry. Most hairdressers can't cope with my hair and usually I opt to leave it wet as anything they attempt causes it to frizz. However, Marie styled my hair in a beautifully elegant fashion which not only looked great, but held well enough for me to go to an important dinner in Rome a couple of days later with nothing more than simple upkeep.
Hair feels so much healthier after the conditioning treatment!
Really pleased with my hair - thank you Denise!!
