The staff were very nice and friendly and they explained everything about the treatment before proceeding with it. My hair was very straight and sleek for the first few days but when I washed it for the first time it was no longer straight, just wavy and a little less frizzy. They did warn me though that this was going to happen. It was my first time doing a Brazilian blow dry so I believe that’s why the effect started wearing off 3-4 weeks later. I think I would go again for the same treatment in the near future.

After Treatwell accidentally created me two bookings, I was apparently booked into the soho Salam - however the staff were friendly, they understood and accommodated me as quickly as possible and the haircut is brilliant!
