Gulay was super thorough and attentive, spending well over the allotted hour and a half, and not rushing through anything. She is very welcoming and knowledgeable, and will talk you through your skin type and what products will best suit you, which is above and beyond what you get from my most facials. I absolutely recommend booking if you are looking for a high quality and reasonably priced facial in London.
