She is the best! I've been to many others and by far and away Gulay is the most thorough and most knowledgeable of them all. She is also an amazing woman filled with compassion and you can tell she really loves her work. It's because she is so knowledgeable and she knows she can make a difference. She won't stop until she is satisfied with her work. A one in a million!

Loved this facial, easily the best one I’ve had in London so far! Gulay is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely caring with her clients. The whole treatment was super personalized, based on what my skin needed that day. She explained everything, recommended the right products, and used a mix of techniques and tools to really bring my skin back to life. It started off extremely dehydrated but felt completely different by the end - fresh, hydrated, and glowing. So happy I found this place :)

Having a facial with Gulay is not like a normal facial experience. She is so generous with her time and incredibly attentive and thorough with extractions. I’ll be back soon 💛 New location is lovely as well - the room is very relaxing!!
