I received a really friendly and warm welcome from the lady in reception (I didn't catch her name unfortunately). Julia is an excellent masseuse. My massage was great - Julia is clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. I have very stubborn knots in my back that Julia was able to banish! She also offered me lots of information and advice for after-care and things I could do to help with my problem areas in my back post-massage. Overall a great experience.
