I got a wash and cut and sorry but I won't be returning. I asked for a trim (1 inch) and short layers. I ended up with half my long hair cut off (up to 3-4 inches) in choppy layers. When I queried this they tried to soften the layers but I was told it was because it wasn't blow dried. Blow drying isn't part of my styling routine; I expect a cut to look good with no/minimal styling.
If you get a cut here, be very descriptive with what you want. English was not the first language of the person who cut my hair. Overall hospitality was fine though.

Amazing value for money, perfect location and very lovely and attentive hairdressers. I've been living in London around two years now and have never been to the same salon twice, including very expensive, big name chains. I will definitely be returning to this salon, my haircut was perfect and the lady did for me a very sleek blow dry. Very impressed and can thoroughly recommend.
