Really friendly and polite staff - offered me coffee / water / magazines quite a few times. Regarding color - Carlos suggested a different one to what I originally asked for - am glad I took his suggestion as new color was much nicer than what I selected. But he went all over my scalp as a result of which my scalp looks colored as well. Also when I washed it next day, the color ran all over my towel and ruined it - not what I was expecting.
Regarding haircut - though I really liked the place and the people - I have to say the haircut was really bad - inspite of specifically asking for something - the end result was quite bad - my hair will grow out quickly so I'll be ok - but I would not go back there for a haircut.
I would recommend the place if you have long hair & just need a color and trim - but if you are looking for a stylish haircut then please go elsewhere.

I'm really happy with my half head of highlights and haircut and the staff really are great.
My only grumble is I hadn't read the small print (so totally my fault) but they will charge you an extra £15 for having a second colour if you buy the half head of highlights package which I found a bit bizarre as every half head highlights I've ever had has always included two colours or sometimes more.
Overall though they're talented hairdressers, very friendly and it is still excellent value for money, even with the surcharge. Would recommend.

Easy to find location in Frith Street. Seems to be men's hairdressing primarily but given a warm welcome and happy with the results . Hope to make a return visit sometime

I've been living in London for over 2 years now and have tried loads of different salons, but think I can finally stop looking for my go-to salon! Carlos did a fantastic job on my highlights, cut and blow dry, he pays so much attention to detail and I walked out of there with that amazing salon finish feeling :) Unfortunately the deal on Treatwell is for new customers only, the price goes up after your first visit so it does end up being a bit pricey but I think it's worth it
