The stylist was friendly and had lots of interesting stories to tell. He listened to what I wanted, but also recommended what he thought would work best to achieve the desired results. The cut and highlights turned out well and gave a fresh look to tired hair.
The only thing I wasn't impressed with is there was no head massage like at other salons I've been to in the past. That is one of the best parts of getting your hair done professionally at a salon.
