I took the plunge and went to a hairdresser I was unfamiliar with to get a lot of hair cut off into a very specific hair cut. It could've been a disaster but it couldnt have been better! Youssef took his time and made my hair look incredible. I honestly could not be happier and I highly recommend this fab little salon.

The guy cutting my hair didn't properly discuss what I came in for and ended up cutting my hair shorter than I wanted, asked for a long bob and ended up with a bob (think this was partly down to language barrier).
Didn't use conditioner when washing my hair or any heat defence spray when blow drying. Hair looked drier leaving the salon than when I do it myself.
Overall a poor haircut experience.
