Erol was absolutely fantastic and it felt so amazing to know that he remembered me from when I visited last which was almost near enough 6 months ago! His attention to detail is unmatched. As a cat dad, I absolutely loved that he had a resident cat!

I had a haircut at Grizzly Felons, and I couldn’t be happier! The barbers are skilled, friendly, and really pay attention to detail. The atmosphere is top-notch—great vibes, great service, and a truly professional experience. My haircut turned out exactly how I wanted, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. The place wasn’t very clean, and had a cat wandering around. No offer of a drink on arrival (even a glass of tap water), nor even a tissue on departure. The ‘hot’ towel was lukewarm. No care for ears, eyebrows or nose.

I came here before and the cut was with a different hairdresser and satisfactory. This time, I specifically asked for no length off the top, just a tidy up, and to be careful of the receding hairline. But no care was taken with the length and soon enough hair was being lopped off. I didnt realise the scale of the damage until I left the salon, and all the length of hair I dry to try and conceal the balding patches is gone. Really disappointed and frustrated...
