My daughter really struggles with anyone touching her hair and with sitting still but the lady who done her hair made her feel very comfortable and explained everything to her and was very understanding

my hair less than month later gone a not to nice blonde at 130 its dissapointing rang up said i need anthor toner on at 20 pounds iv been greys for years but this time the coulour wasnt what i wanted ...nit the sun i have same everytime befpr a go aw

I was a bit confused as they charged me more money for the same service I got last time. Apparently the extra service was as per discretion of the stylist which I wasn’t even aware is “extra service”. Stylist was running behind time for 30 minutes.
