It was meant to be a treat for my little girl to have her first haircut but we were made to wait 15 minutes and then both rushed. Her appointment should have been 20 minutes it was done in 6. And mine should have been 45 minutes but it was around 20 if that and I was left with soaking wet hair no even offered a drink or a seat under the lights to dry it a little. No customer service, no real client care and little interest shown. And the quality of my haircut isn’t very good either.
